In 2009, Herpain Urbis Retail purchased a building located in the main shopping street in the centre of Mol. The building, which covers 4000 m² of floor space and includes 80 roof-top parking spaces, is currently occupied by Carrefour. A redevelopment of the building is currently being studied with the studio for architecture, DDS.
